Privacy
A draft privacy page for the prototype. It must be finalised against the services actually used at launch.

Privacy by design
The initial public website should collect as little personal information as reasonably possible. Any later mailing-list, account, app, membership, payment or institutional service should explain what information is collected, why it is needed, how long it is retained and which service providers are involved.
Cookies and analytics
The final notice must reflect the tools actually deployed. No analytics or marketing-cookie claims should be published until those services are selected and configured.
